In the recent training that was held in Oppenheimer Australia , product knowledge and a hands on approach was used shared  the  new comers of  the Futura-Oppenheimer division. This was their oppurtunity to exchange ideas and  knowledge and it was a direct process learning as it is important to understand about the products and its application.
